About Samarthyaa starts with a gap our CEO, MR. Ritesh Verma, kept seeing across Goa's hospitality and retail businesses — websites built from generic templates that looked fine in a pitch but broke down the moment real tourist traffic hit them on a slow mobile connection. Most web development company profile pages promise custom work and deliver a reskinned theme instead. Samarthyaa was founded to close that specific gap: a software development agency India businesses could trust to build genuinely custom technology, starting with the Goa hospitality and retail sector where the mismatch between promise and delivery was most visible and most costly.

Goa's digital transformation has been uneven — resorts and tour operators in Calangute and Candolim went mobile-first out of necessity as tourist booking behaviour shifted almost entirely to phones, while many retail, real estate and industrial businesses in Panaji, Margao and the Verna and Kundaim industrial estates were still running on spreadsheets and outdated software well into the last few years. Samarthyaa has built across both sides of that gap — booking-ready hospitality websites and apps for the tourist-facing side, and custom CRM, SaaS and operational software for the industrial and B2B businesses still catching up.
